blog

March 7, 2024

As we gear up for International Women's Day, we're excited to highlight the incredible women in our dentsu X family. This year, in line with the theme of #InspireInclusion, we've connected with women across all our markets to delve into their stories, glean career advice, explore their hopes for the future, and honor the women who inspire them most.

From overcoming challenges to seizing opportunities, these women have made their mark with grit and determination. Their stories serve as reminders of the strength and impact of female leaders in our community and beyond.

Let's celebrate their achievements and reaffirm our commitment to creating an environment where every woman can thrive. Here's to empowering women, not just on International Women's Day, but every day.

“Surrounded by incredible women, from my nurturing mom to inspiring friends, empowering boss, and supportive colleagues, I am continually shaped into a more confident and independent individual. Their collective influence forms a strong foundation for my personal and professional growth. A heartfelt thank you and a big hug to each of these amazing women who contributes to making me the person I am today.” Prerna Sagvekar, Senior Executive, dentsu X India

“My Mom, she's my inspiration every day. We came from a very simple family, and she really worked hard to send me to college and support me to where I am right now. In our work, challenges and difficulties are evident (most of the times, haha) and during these times, I always remind myself to not give up and continue to try and try, just how my Mom did it. If she can, I can definitely can.” Bernadeth Solomon, Communications Planning Manager, dentsu X Philippines
