Apprenticeships are not new, but conventional notions of hiring have dominated the corporate space. We believe in experience beyond exposure, and hands-on learning is an important, and often overlooked way to fast-track success. As a result, we created The Media Experience apprenticeship program to expand inclusive pathways for talent to enter the industry and cultivate fundamental skillsets in the process.

The Media Experience interview process is reimagined to highlight promise and eagerness, rather than skillset competency. We gauge potential, taking a holistic approach to understanding each prospective candidate, while intentionally removing bias from the process.
