As the EVP, Head of Growth for dentsu media in the US, Neil drives sustainable top and bottom-line growth by establishing, developing, and expanding relationships with new and existing clients. He also oversees organic growth and new business across dentsu X and 360i in the US.

Over the past few years, Neil’s can-do spirit has led him to accelerate growth for several dentsu media brands by winning new business for Kroger, McCormick, Sargento, Party City, and Chili’s, among many others.

Prior to his current role, Neil was EVP, Head of Growth at award-winning agency 360i, where he helped bring in clients like SkinnyPop, Hyatt, Purell, Raymour & Flanigan, Explore Asheville, GSK, and Illinois Lottery. Before 360i, Neil was EVP, Marketing and New Business at Assembly, where he helped the agency increase its billings by more than $1 billion in a single year. Neil has also held senior New Business and Account Management roles at agencies like McCann, Gotham, BBH, and Butler Shine & Stern.

When Neil isn’t winning new business or driving growth, he is traveling. He has visited all 50 states and more than 25 countries around the world.
