US Chief Media Officer, dentsu X
As US Chief Media Officer of dentsu X and 360i, Leah oversees nearly 200 media innovators, delivering meaningful media and business growth through integrated communications. In this role, Leah drives dentsu X and 360i’s vision to create accountable media decisions by building valuable experiences for consumers beyond simple media exposure. This role brings together Leah’s years of experience in agency new business, marketing, operations, as well as global and local client leadership.
Leah most recently served as EVP & Managing Director, Integrated Media at 360i, where she helped elevate the agency’s best-in-class offerings across a portfolio of media accounts in New York and Atlanta. Prior to joining 360i, Leah was Global Chief Experience Officer at Initiative. She previously served as their Global Managing Partner of Business Development and Chief Growth Officer US, tasked with driving business strategies and processes to help foster growth for the agency. During her tenure, Initiative was named “Comeback Agency of the Year” by Ad Age and “U.S. Media Agency of the Year” by Adweek. Before that, Leah held several senior business development roles at MediaCom and PHD. Prior to joining the agency world, Leah was a management consultant at PwC / IBM focusing on business strategy, transformation and change management.
Leah holds an MBA in Marketing and Entertainment, Media & Technology (EMT) from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
When she’s not busy with her two young daughters, Leah loves to travel, explore new restaurants, and bake.
