As Chief Executive Officer of dentsu X, Leah is responsible for driving the agency vision and continuing to elevate its best-in-class offerings across its portfolio. After several years as a management consultant, Leah joined the agency world and has since held various roles across global account management, business development, agency marketing at Omnicom, WPP, IPG and dentsu. Her experience with clients span across categories such as retail, beauty/luxury, QSR/CDR, gaming and electronics.
Prior to dentsu, Leah was at Initiative, most recently as Global Chief Experience Officer and previously as Global Managing Partner, where she had a dual-role leading global client businesses, Unilever and Revlon. Before that, Leah led the new business departments at Mediacom and PHD following her time as an Omnicom MBA Resident, a selective rotational program at the holding company.
