Dentsu X partners with LoopMe to launch Guaranteed Brand Outcomes solution

Plant-based beverage challenger Califia Farms leverages first-to-market new Outcomes solution created by LoopMe to grow brand awareness and shift consumer preference.

LoopMe, the global leader in brand performance, has announced the launch of a Guaranteed Brand Outcomes solution in partnership with Dentsu X, which drives measurable success for brand advertisers looking to shift consumer behaviour.

Significantly, when using this trading model, advertisers will only pay for the results that are achieved. To coincide with the launch, LoopMe has shared the results of joint activity with Dentsu X and Califia Farms, a leading, premium, plant-based beverage brand - the first global campaign that leveraged the tool. Using Guaranteed Outcomes, LoopMe and Dentsu X delivered a 28% brand lift, with 325K users experiencing positive ad-recall. It also drove a 7.5% sales lift, which surpassed the benchmark by 5x.

Since the launch of the award-winning PurchaseLoop solution in 2017, LoopMe has been the market leader in measurement and optimisation. The launch of the AI-powered Guaranteed Outcomes solution is a natural evolution as the industry seeks a greater degree of accountability to brand advertising goals. 

The new results-based solution allows LoopMe to underwrite a fixed volume and positive respondents lift when partners trade on brand outcomes - this highlights the percentage of users who have declared yes versus users who have not seen the ad. With this approach, LoopMe has the insight to dynamically increase impression volume and unique reach to hit the quota.

The Califia Farms campaign had a primary objective to build top-of-funnel visibility and shift consumer preference as a challenger in the space. It also focused on establishing Califia Farms’ organic oat and almond milk as the preferred choice among health-conscious shoppers. To meet these targets, Dentsu X worked with LoopMe to develop a strategy that leveraged its PurchaseLoop Audiences pre-campaign survey technology to build a bespoke audience using AI-powered predictive modelling to identify the consumers most likely to engage with plant-based beverages.

Media delivery was then optimised by implementing a first-to-market performance-based model with a guaranteed minimum (5%) of new lifted users for Awareness, aligning media spend with Califia Farm’s brand objectives, and eliminating the risk of underperformance. Using PurchaseLoop Brand AI to measure brand lift and continually optimise the campaign in-flight and in real time ensured maximum impact.

LoopMe also partnered with Circana to quantify the sales life and ROI across the promoted product range, confirming the campaign’s real-word effect.
